Employee Benefit Plans

Regulatory Insight, Knowledgeable, Well‐trained Team and Superior Quality

Experience is the key to high quality and efficient employee benefit plan (EBP) audits. Our firm has created a dedicated team focusing in EBP audits.  We are a member of the AICPA’s Employee Benefit Plan Audit Quality Center (EBPAQC) which requires our team members to take specific CPE related to EBPs each year.  BRC ranks in the top 5% of all CPA firms nationally performing these professional services (based on the number of plans we serve).  Our team’s extensive experience, early planning strategies and continuous communication plays a vital role in a company’s compliance with the law and helps protect the financial integrity of the plan.

At BRC, our employee benefit plan team receives yearly in‐depth training focused on professional standards and regulations including IRS, Department of Labor (DOL), and ERISA Reporting requirements.

"BRC brings a unique approach to auditing Employee Benefit Plans. We look to help Plan Sponsors and Administrators by educating them on the retirement plan industry and the complex nature of the rules and regulations over retirement plans. We share with each client, our insights based on our experience, as well as, the insights and knowledge from our strategic partners. We believe knowledge about retirement plans will make a difference in the outcomes in the performance of the audits, but more importantly, in the outcomes of participants based on this knowledge."
